Errors in Ironic Documentation

1) disk-image-create -a amd64 -p grub2-common,grub-pc, \
grub-gfxpayload-lists,emacs24-nox,parted baremetal ubuntu-minimal

In a brand new Ironic node with only DIB installed I get

Anyway I dont know what the problem is (would be nice if someone could help) but I think that if we have something in the manual it should be working out of the box in fuel.

2)I also think that
the FUEL-DISK JSon is wrong
is should be vda everywhere like this I think

EDIT: THE JSON IS CORRECT.
It would be nice to explain though what each field stands for in the manual

Steps to reproduce
Just deploy an ironic node and try to create an image with the command for the FUEL manual.

Expected Result
Partitioned image creation
