Java doc install should use debconf

Bug Description

sun-java6-doc will ask for the doc zip file to be downloaded into /tmp. The install will break if you're not installing from the command line (at least it will break from adept). It would be better if debconf is used to display the messages and determine if the doc zip file is under /tmp.

Ralph, are you actually working on fixing this? If not, I think it would make sense to unassign yourself from it so others don't hesitate to step up.

Thank you for your continued hard work on making Ubuntu even better.

The problem is still present today and will be available soon in Ubuntu 9.04. Is this problem going to be fixed soon? It is kind of annoying and probably not very hard to fix.
