I did upgrade this morning with the following commands:

Process ended normally but the following message was printed on screen:

I checked access to my volumes presented through HBA qla2xxx end everything appears to be working as expected.

Did the same process in other VM server (HP BL460c G7 with QLA2xxx) and can't reproduce the problem .... should I changed the status of the bug / cancel the report?

More info: When running the update on HP Bl460c G7 servers no error message was produced. But running the update process on HP BL460c G8 servers the message shows. Confirmed in other BL460c G8 blade. The HBA card used on this blade server is a QLogic QMH2572 in mezzanine form factor.
