Bug Description
SM UI:mainline - 2738: Provision from individual server works fine, but the SAVE BUTTON button is not closing the window
1) Login to ServerManger UI (9080 http port)
2) Servers>> Provision>> select package>> OK
3) Provisioning starts, but the clicking of Save Button is not closing the window and prompts the user to select Cancel or Save , which is misleading
