[iso build][newton] 10.all job build failed, because of new fuel package was not landed in mos mirror

ci-team, could you please help to discover where is the new package for fuel. The patchset [1] was merged, but we still have old package in repo [2], this issue breaks current master branch for iso build [3]

why do we need to merge/work with old workflow? afaik such jobs was deprecated

Fuel projects are switched to same workflow as all other OpenStack projects - packages for master branch is triggered only from spec projects.

Now we don't build packages by ref-updated to master.
