Bug Description

Knob name for memcache servers in keystone middleware is deprecated from memcache_servers to memcached_servers. So transform conf file setting (memcache_servers) in contrail-keystone-auth.conf to pass in as memcached_servers to auth_token class.

keystone middleware now expects server info in memcached_servers.
Transform the existing config knob of memcache_servers to pass in
as memcached_servers to middleware class.
