Bug Description
Many commands do not place two spaces between columns. This leads to a usability issue such as:
juju resources charm-svg
..Supplied By Revision
You need the second space to split "Supplied By" and "revision"

list-blocks
list-payloads
list-resources
This list is incomplete because I did not have subnets, spaces, and other commands to check the output.

@rharding I've tested the list-* cmds (aliases) in 2.0-rc1 and am seeing the double-spacings you'd like. Can I ask you to retest to see if you agree?
