Bug Description

Users can specify a different name for the first hosted model created with the -d flag. Specifying '-d controller' fails after we've brought up the machine and we try to create the hosted model:

2016-06-27 10:41:50 ERROR cmd supercommand.go:458 creating hosted model: model "controller" for admin@local already exists

ERROR failed to bootstrap model: subprocess encountered error code 1

We should verify this earlier in the process.
