Bug Description

Say a user wants to install a snap. They type `snap install <snap>` and they see the progress bar starting the download. Suddenly they realize they're trying to install the wrong thing, so they ctrl+c out of it and `snap install <other snap>`. What they didn't realize is that ctrl+c didn't actually stop the original installation, it just stopped showing it. They actually need to run `snap changes` and then `snap abort` the specific change that they initiated.

This isn't intuitive behavior. Cancellation on the client should abort that change.
