Bug Description

arale/rc-proposed 359

The devices (verified on arale and krillin) don't boot on first boot after upgrade. It boots fine after forcing a reboot with the power button.

On krillin rc-proposed 365 I reproduced this issue by upgrading the following packages (content of silo 41 https://requests.ci-train.ubuntu.com/#/ticket/1199)

it is also reproducible with a reset of the device.

Removing biometryd upstart job /fixes/ the issue.

Not sure about anyone else, but power cycling isn't getting my devices to boot. I'm just planning to skip this image and get automated tests running again on the next one.
