The parser shouldn't fail if a part doesn't have a source.

* Running snapcraft-parse when there is a part without a source fails.

* Define a part without a source.
* Run snapcraft-parse

* snapcraft-parse is relatively new, so some other validations might be affected. Extensive exploratory is required here.
