Have pmount check for a filesystem flag and mount with uid=/gid= options

This is a feature request which comes with a blueprint[1].

Currently there is no way to automatically have pmount add uid=/gid= options for usbsticks formatted in a uid/gid aware filesystem. This means that if you want to use an usbstick as a floppy (giving away file rights when giving away the disk), you have to use something like FAT32 or be root on the systems you use it.

However, FAT32 does not support symlinks, execution flags, etc.

The blueprint proposes having a special method of detecting that the original formatter of the disk want the mounting program to use uid=/gid= options. It is still up to discussion how this would have to be implemented, and I hope this bug report will get this discussion on a roll.
