according to https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1594408 became fixed, need to update fuel-qa code for master.python-fuelclient.pkgs.ubuntu.review_fuel_client job

Should BVT jobs also be updated? This new version of fuel-qa scripts incorporate a change that allows to remove deprecated fuel task command so it may be necessary to update it globally.

assert_cli_task_success which used get_task method with new fuel task command used only in test_cli_deploy, test_cli_deploy_ceph, review_in_fuel_client and old test - test_backup_restore

So no need to update bvt_2 test
