Clicking on Message to open it scrolls the message off the page

In a fourteen-message thread (all of them previously viewed) i click on the 9th message, which happens to be near the top of my screen. It expands UPWARD such that the top of the message is off the screen where I can't see it.

IMO this would best work if the message always expanded DOWNWARD so the top of the email is reliably visible after expansion.

There have been some changes lately to the part of the code that handles clicking and scrolling of messages in a conversation. Your issue might be fixed.

Do you have a chance to either compile the latest code for Mail from trunk or install pantheon-mail from the daily ppa and see if this works for you?
