Bug Description
In Thunderbird, when users try to add a spambox folder, nothing happens. Thunderbird doesn't give an error message and the folder doesn't show up. Users have no problems creating folders with other names such as spamfolder. Is it possible that this directory already exists when a tpblue account is created?
As a workaround, users create a folder named "spamfolder" and then go to the Preferences page in tpblue and change the parameter "misclassified_

like you, I created a spam box in Thunderbird and didn't see anything. I right clicked on the account name and saw the menu item "subscribe". Choosing that menu item, I was given a dialog box which let me subscribe to any of my message folders. Subscribing to the spam box folder, it became visible in Thunderbird. Investigating further, below the "subscribe" menu item described above, there is an "properties" menu item. Choosing properties brings up the dialog box which lets you change properties for all accounts. Choose server settings and then "advanced..." button (midway down, right hand side). This brings up the advanced account settings dialog box. The first checkbox "show only subscribed folders" should *not* be checked. You want to show all folders, subscribed or not, in the very beginning.
This should solve the invisible spam box problem.
As for the workaround misclassified_ spam_mailbox, I'm sorry to say that it's a remnant of an earlier attempt at solving the feedback problem. You can't specify your spam box at the current time. I would need to change the remote training protocol to query for the remote mailbox from the twopenny blue server and then process the mailbox accordingly. I am removing obsolete properties in the next release.
