Storagebar: Don't show key if there is only one storage type

Bug Description
In the case that a developer uses storage bar, but only has one file type (such as Other), we should probably hide the key (the colored circle with the label next to it).

I'm going to mark this as "fix committed" because you can use just the usage part of the API to do this. The legend will only show if you use an explicit file type
