Bug Description

Actual Behaviour:

There is no package count data in Application Categories Tab

Expected Behaviour:

Package Count should be visible in Application Categories Tab

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Manage -> Categories
2) Check in UI Package Count

See difference between devstack mitaka and MOS 9 in attach

version - 9.0 build 515

With glare package count in category was removed by this patch: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/299419/
because glare doesn't store this information.

The Actual Behavior is "as expected": the package count is not going to be available if Glare is being used.

Please provide info what is the source of your expectations: if this is documented somewhere, then the documentation should be updated.
