lost my logout and shutdown icons

I lost the shutdown button and the logout is not working.

what can I do to fix it.

Is there a way to reset the system without reinstalling?

but no problem in ubuntu 16.

report? No the only thing i can think about is maybe happned when i added
kodi but i am not sure.
