Make framerate configurable

Bug Description

Currently, the framerate (or actually the delay between frames) is hardcoded into AWN via a macro. It would be nice if this value could be configurable in AWN's preferences window. For me for instance the hardcoded value of 40 was much too slow.

We already have this in trunk. Thought it can be changed only via gconf-editor.
