Bug Description
lsvpd doesn't show the correct location code for a device attached to a CAPI card
---Steps to Reproduce---
boot a system with a Surelock card
lsscsi -g to show the Flash disks attached to the capi card
lsvpd -l sg<N>
Fix is in powerpc maintainer's next tree and will be merged when the 4.8 window opens:

The upstream patch won't apply cleanly on Xenial due to patches merged in 4.6.
I've reworked the patch for xenial and it's attached to this bug report.
