This is the same bug as #1440419 (expired). I ran
ubuntu-bug linux
as asked in the original bug.

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v4.7 kernel[0].

If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.

If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the tag: 'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'.

Well it happened sooner than later. Same error, same address. I think it happend when screen entered or came back from power saving mode (only screen was off, the system was not suspended).

Just to clarify, It keeps happening with latest kernel and it doesn't seem related to suspending the screen as I previously tought. Normally I'm using chromium browser intensively with some 3D acceleration settings enabled.
