Fuel for OpenStack 9.0

Bug Description

We need to have filter for 9.0 release on the fuel-stats analytics web UI.

After filter will be added we should build fuel-stats packages, deploy them to the testing and staging servers for QA acceptance. After QA acceptance will be granted we should deploy packages on the production fuel-stats analytics servers.

Verification steps:
9.0 release is present in the dropbox on the https://stats.fuel-infra.org/ and https://product-stats.mirantis.com/
