Bug Description

Environment: mos 9.0, 1 controller/1 compute

After successful execution of "Check network connectivity from instance via floating IP" the following errors are seen in HealthManager logs: http://paste.openstack.org/show/520786/

This happens because connectivity test deletes the resources it created by itself, but these resources stay in NeutronBaseTest.[routers, subnets, networks] and are wrongly scheduled for deletion for the second time in NeutronBaseTest._clear_networks.

    Artifacts removing missed

    We should clean lists of artifacts to prevent
    duplicate removing attempt after the test execution.
