Improve error message about astute logs

When cluster deployment fails because of some astute error the error message is:

Deployment has failed. Error occurred while running method 'deploy'. Inspect Astute logs for the details

It would be much better if the location of these logs were described in the error message or if the link to the related documentation was provided along with the message.

This was suggested by our partner (Groundworks, http://www.gwos.com/), here is the original suggestion:

" At certain times during plugin deployment testing I saw error
    messages in the Fuel UI that referred to the Astute log files,
    but that gave no hint as to where to find such files. The error
    messages ought to specify exactly where to find such files
    (either in the UI, or via full machine:/pathname locations)."
