8.0-pkg-pipeline-centos test fails because of removing the rest of MidoNet plugin from Neutron tree

 In the merging tip of origin/stable/liberty into origin/openstack-ci/fuel-8.0/liberty we have a commit https://review.fuel-infra.org/gitweb?p=openstack/neutron.git;a=commit;h=d32d06673886ec78e4da9f1d20badd13bd616f1c which removes the rest of MidoNet plugin from Neutron tree. That's why 8.0-pkg-pipeline-centos test ends up with the following error:

DEBUG: Directory not found: /builddir/build/BUILDROOT/openstack-neutron-7.1.0-1.el7~mos39.x86_64/etc/neutron/plugins/midonet

Steps to reproduce:
 Run 8.0-pkg-pipeline-centos test against the merge commit https://review.fuel-infra.org/#/c/21205/

Expected results:
 8.0-pkg-pipeline-centos test passes successfully

Actual result:
 8.0-pkg-pipeline-centos test fails

Reproducibility:
 Always

Workaround:
 No workaround

Impact:
 The bug blocks merge commit https://review.fuel-infra.org/#/c/21205/ from merging.
