Router name is not required

In Create Router modal, router name is required, but actually it is not must.

Are you sure it's not required? Both the OpenStack and Neutron CLI required a Name value.

As you say, Neutron CLI required a Name value. On the other hand, According to http://developer.openstack.org/api-ref-networking-v2-ext.html#createRouter, 'name' is optional attribute.
Actually, in Update Router modal on Horizon router name is not required and it can accept empty value.
In addition, when I created router by Neutron API, this request succeeded without Name value.
