Bug Description
By default: clicking notification closes it and focuses the related app. Currently it only closes it
If an action was assigned on the notification, it should perform that action
EDIT: This is now mostly working in trunk IF the app is still open. But for example: If the Mail window is closed and you click the notification, the window won't open
