When I click on full screen the player gets stuck in a small window in the corner [$50]

When I click in the button on the right in the title bar to go to the full screen mode the player gets stuck in a small window in the corner in another workspace, see the image below.

This does not happen if I double click to go to full screen or if I use the keyboard shortcut, in such case the full screen works as expected.

I think it might be a problem with the full screen animation, as in other cases it does not exist.

Moving this to RC1 because I can reproduce and it's a really noticeable and bad break

Maybe these can help but I find an old laptop with Intel® GM45 Express Chipset and here there is no occurrence of this bug, the Audience works just fine in full screen. Maybe it's Mesa related.
