Organizational Unit Editor Javascript Unresponsive

Server RAM: 4GB
Client RAM: 8GB
Using: Standalone Staff Client 2.10.5

When editing or adding Organizational Units, I am receiving a "Javascript Has Become Unresponsive" error, and the editing screen freezes. This happens only on the Main Settings tab - both hours of operation and address/contact tabs save normally.

If I reload the screen, it gives the option to save by pressing "OK", and then does nothing. Reloading again reloads the screen, but no options have been saved.

The Javascript console shows CSS parsing errors primarily, as well as:
