pcbnew: annoying info message "Disk File Report Completed" in DRC

After "Start DRC" Info message box is popup - that annoying. Option - Create Report File - Disabled.

This issue is now occurring in the latest stable release (4.0.3). It wasn't a problem in 4.0.2. Possibly the fix for this was not included by mistake?

Yep! It got dropped. It will be fixed in 4.0.4 whenever that gets released. We really need do a better job of making sure fixes in the product branch get back ported to the stable branch when appropriate.
