The credit line is shown only on some tutorials but not all.

Some tutorials (advances, calligraphy and interpolate) use the (invalid) "authors" element instead of the docbook "author", and thus the generated HTML code is not commented as expected.
The SVG files are also affected, but with no visible effects.
