Update of dashboard fails on Xenial

I am currently trying to update the horizon dashboard on Ubuntu 16.04 running OpenStack Mitaka using the new versions coming in from the package repository.

Any ideas what is going on and how the problem can be fixed?

It took some time to find out what is the problem here. The package comes from deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ xenial-proposed main and not from the release repository. Can someone please have a look (before the package gets it into the stable branch), what is the problem here?

The problem needs to be fixed by a complete overhauling of of the openstack-dashboard-ubuntu-theme package. In particular, stuff needs to move from /usr/share/openstack-dashboard-ubuntu-theme to /usr/share/openstack-dashboard/openstack_dashboard/themes/ubuntu. I did the same process for our local theme package, and it worked and did no longer produce the error.
