Tooltip for Reveal Pointer does not show when clicked

Reveal Pointer has (I) symbol which should reveal tooltip on hover/click.
Hovering/clicking over the help symbol does not cause tooltip to be shown.

It didn't work for me before either, but does now.

It seems it works only when the Reveal Pointer toggle is activated.

Tooltips only show on hover. If you click it cancels that hover and it won't show

As far as I can tell, it is not possible to make a tooltip show on click. They only show on hover. Marking as "won't fix" due to be unable to fix
