cannot scroll message with keyboard

Using Elemental OS 0.4 beta and pantheon-mail 0.10.0

Cannot scroll the message viewer with the keyboard at all. Rather, it goes to the next message.

Ideally, left arrow would set the focus on the left pane and subsequent up/down arrow presses would display the thread above or below.
Ideally, right arrow would set the focus on the message itself (right pane) and subsequent up/down arrow presses would scroll the message itself.

Now using pantheon-mail 0.10.0 with Loki Beta 2

I notice that TAB and SHIFT-TAB toggle the focus between the left and middle panes. But when there is a long thread in the right pane, TAB still does not move the focus to that right pane.

And even mouse clicking on the message itself does not make it keyboard-scrollable.

I would prefer that the PG-UP and PG-DN buttons scroll the body of the message up and down in the viewer pane, just like it does in almost all web browsers.

I would expect PG-UP / PG-DN to work IN ADDITION to the arrow keys.
