[UI] Cannot type "_" when create/reset/delete env in Fuel

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Fuel UI -> New OpenStack Environment
2. Try to fill the field "Name" with "a_a" (without copy/paste)

Expected results:
The field contains "a_a"

Actual result:
Focus on input disappears when you type "_" in it

Please provide OS and browser with versions - cannot reproduce it on FF 47 @ Ubuntu 16.04

It's updated with Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, Mozilla Firefox 47.0.

Ekaterina, can not reproduce your issue both in 44.0 and 47.0 Firefox on Ubuntu 15.10.

Are you able to reproduce this issue in 'incognito' browser mode? I guess the issue is a side-effect of some FF extensions in your browser.

Yes, I can reproduce it in Private window in FF with all add-ons disabled. And on 46.0.1 also.
But it affects only cluster's name. When I try to rename cluster on Dashboard, typing of "_" erases all the text. On Settings and Network tabs it works.

By the way, in Google Chrome it is not reproducible.

Can not reproduce on both 46.0.1 and 47.0 Firefox on Ubuntu 14.04.1. Last 9.0 branch.
