The builds are failing due to ubuntu- html5-launcher being uninstallable (which is a dep of the ubuntu-sdk-libs meta-package) coming from ubuntu-html5-theme. Possible solutions:
1. Make oxide-qt buildable for arm64 which then unblocks ubuntu- html5-launcher and would unblock this package as well. /bugs.launchpad .net/ubuntu- html5-theme/ +bug/1587505

I guess 1. might be faster as we already have oxide-qt building on arm64 with the latest release (in a PPA right now).
