according to bug 1048430, the following line does not actually indicate an error in and of itself.

Jun 14 14:55:57 localhost NetworkManager[6470]: <error> [1465887357.710812] [nm-dns-dnsmasq.c:396] update(): dnsmasq owner not found on bus: Could not get owner of name 'org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.dnsmasq': no such name

As such, the word error ought not be printed for this message as it raises a false alarm for people grepping for "grep -i err /var/log/syslog" periodically to see if anything is amiss.
