Bug Description
This feature is to track the inclusion of the necessary changes to the kernel to support the Mellanox ConnectX-4 EDR IB adapter in CAPI mode. This feature is to track the core kernel changes needed in drivers/misc/cxl and arch/powerpc.
This is a feature for Ubuntu 16.10
