Bug Description
The new navstats system in NAV 4.5 introduced a new program in the bin directory: navstats.
But, the Makefile was not updated to actually install this binary. Since it is, by default, set up to run as a cron job every 5 minutes, this results in an e-mail being sent every 5 minutes to the NAV administrator about the binary not being found.
