File ubuntu/Makefile break building linux kernel , is about
this :
ifneq ($(filter $(ARCH), i386 x86_64),)
obj-y += vbox/
endif
 On x86_64 build some symbols remains undefined.

Did this issue start happening after an update/upgrade? Was there a kernel version where you were not having this particular problem? This will help determine if the problem you are seeing is the result of a regression, and when this regression was introduced. If this is a regression, we can perform a kernel bisect to identify the commit that introduced the problem.

Bellow is part from Makefile with issue
ifneq ($(filter $(ARCH), i386 x86_64),)
obj-y += vbox/

This filter arch which is on use and symbols used on vbox remain undefinet, more simple these lines on mee remain commented when build linux on amd64..

Can't bee incomplete because i'm can't disable this third party driver , only solution is to edit Makefile

ifneq ($(filter $(ARCH), i386 x86_64),)
obj-y += vbox/

this line must contain CONFIG_* variable on order to disable from configuration.
How is explain here and Ubuntu policy must reject entire third party directory and file.
