Bug Description

Turbostat is a Linux tool to observe proper operation of Intel(R) Turbo Boost Technology.
Turbostat displays actual processor frequency and idle power state on modern x86 processors supporting invariant TSC, plus APERF and MPERF MSRs.

HW: KBL

V4.6 implements this with:
cdc5727 tools/power turbostat: initial KBL support

The v4.8 based kernel has been uploaded to the Yakkety 16.10 archive. I'm setting this to Fix Released.
