Bug Description
In order to properly configure default route all roles that re-use 'netconfig' task should also include 'hiera_
Steps to reproduce:
1) Deploy env with detach-databse plugin and stand-alone DB roles and "Assign public network to all nodes" checkbox disabled (default)
2) Check default gateway on standalone-database nodes
Actual result:
default gateway is from admin network
Expected result:
default gateway is vrouter/vip from management network (like on computes)
