Timeout in test_deploy_several_mock_apps_in_a_row is too small

Bug Description

test_deploy_several_mock_apps_in_a_row sometimes (quite often) fails because of timeout exception here: https://github.com/openstack/murano-dashboard/blob/master/muranodashboard/tests/functional/sanity_check.py#L819.
I suggest to increase timeout in this call.

    Increase timeout in test_deploy_several_mock_apps_in_a_row

    This tests often failed with timeout exception, so I suggest to
    increase time to wait for elements clickability.

    Increase timeout in test_deploy_several_mock_apps_in_a_row

    Test still failed during timeout, so we need to increase time to wait
    one more time.
