Bug Description
Detailed bug description:
The fuel master contains a default apache configuration which displays information about the OS and apache information if there is no index.
Steps to reproduce:
Deploy master, load master on port 443.
Expected results:
Should not contain the default apache index page.
Actual result:
Can contains OS default apache index page
Workaround:
Manually create /var/www/
Versions: 7.0 and 6.1 as in 8.0 we are redirecting to the ssl enabled fuel port.
