sikuli-ide fails to start because of missing dependency

Bug Description

When using Ubuntu 16.04, sikuli-ide fails to start because of missing apache-commons-cli library.

If that is manually installed, sikuli-ide starts, but when you try to execute a script, it will complain about missing antlr package. I noticed that in the sikuli-ide script there is a dependency to antlr 3, but in latest Ubuntu there is only antlr 4 available. Installing version 4 and modifying the script did not help and running of the script still failed.

This is not an upstream bug, this is a bug in the Ubuntu package.

Please fix the dependencies and test that the sikuli-ide can be used to execute scripts.

Also note that sikuli-ide works in the previous LTS version, in other words, this is a regression if not fixed before next LTS version is pushed. If it can't be fixed before that, you probably want to give a warning to the users who are upgrading.

Package sikuli-ide has Depends ${java:Depends}, so a simple rebuild should make this work again.
