cleanup not working as expected

When using cleanup after an incomplete backup, from the documentation I expected, that cleanup does list the files to be removed from backend (and I would have to add option "—force" to actually delete the files). However, I observed that the incomplete backup is always deleted though "—force" option is not set.

If cleaning up gpg encrypted backups, cleanup is always asking for the GnuGP passphrase at the end, though abviously the passphrase is not needed and not used.
