Italian Updates for inkscape docs (0.92.x)

I'm updating docs Italian translation hoping to complete all the work before 0.92 release.

Created new it.po for Shapes tutorial

Basic and shapes tutorials respectively updated and created in inkscape-docs, rev. 548.

The HTML files (for the web site) and SVG files (for the application) will be generated after you last translation update is done (or just before 0.92 is out if you can't find time to finish).

Hi Firas,

Do you have plans to update the other tutorials in a near future? If not, I suggest that I update the SVG (for the application) and HTML (for the website) files now.

My plans depend on how much time I have...
Give me an ending date and I'll try my best to complete all translations.

No ending date, but I'm going to update your file in Inkscape and the website now anyway (just to not forget it in case 0.92 is released shortly). And if you have time to work on the other tutorials, I'll update them when available.

Note that only Advanced needed a file update. The other tutorial changes (author, date) are not used to generate the SVG and HTML content.
