uses too tiny cursor image on high-dpi

Bug Description
When doing a long press, the cursor image changes into half of the correct size (showing the orange timer animation until the secondary click is triggered).
After turning mousetweaks off and on again (unity-
pre-conditions:
- hi-dpi screen with UI scale 2.0 (org.gnome.
- default cursor theme (DMZ-White)
Expected behavior:
As the system displays the cursor normally in 2.0 scale, this should also be the case for mousetweaks.
