Title: Wireless hotkey on Dell XPS 15 9550 has no function
Summary:
When pressing wireless hotkey, nothing happens.
Observing "rfkill list", both wifi and bluetooth are not disabled by hotkey.
Steps: 1. Press wireless hotkey (Fn + PrtScr)
Expected results: Wireless hotkey could disable/enable Wireless devices.
Actual results: Wireless hotkey does nothing
