Bug Description

The documentation under http://docs.openstack.org/developer/ironic/ is versioned. In the sidebar, there are links to other versions 5.1.0, 5.0.0, 4.3.0, 4.2.3, 4.2.2 and these links are broken because they are missing "developer/ironic/" in the url.

For example, 5.1.0 points to http://docs.openstack.org/5.1.0 instead of the correct link: http://docs.openstack.org/developer/ironic/5.1.0/
